Side 1 - lists the definitions of port and starboard tack and the rules applying to sailing vessels meeting on the same tack, opposite tack and overtaking. 

Side 2 - are the rules as they apply to power meeting sail, power vessels crossing, power vessels meeting head-on, and overtaking rules.
