About the Trade Shop...
The Trade Shop is for RYA Training Centres, trade accounts and other organisations to order publications and course materials online.
Centres not currently using the Trade Shop can place orders by emailing orders@rya.org.uk or phoning +44 (0)2380 604132.
If your centre wishes to have a trade account the Principal can apply here.
Key Features of the Trade Shop include:

- Buy restricted items relevant to a centre’s recognition

- Create quotes for orders which can be saved, revisited later and then converted to an order
- Create lists for items that are ordered regularly

FAQ's
Your account details
You can do this by going to “My Account” and updating your password, or if you have forgotten your password you can select “Forgot password” on the login screen of the Trade Shop.
If your account was set up with a different delivery address to your billing address you'll be able to select the delivery address while placing the order. If you wish to change the delivery address, the Principal should email the request to publications@rya.org.uk giving your centre's name and account number. You cannot add or change delivery addresses from within the Trade Shop.
Your orders
For the restricted items (i.e. course packs and certificates), you will be able to see all the items but you'll only be able to add those items to your basket that are connected to your recognition status. A red notification box will appear next time you go into your shopping basket which will detail any item that has not been added to your basket. If you cannot order items that you believe should be available to you based your centre's current recognition, please email recognition@rya.org.uk. We will need to know the name of your training centre and which item you wish to order so we can check it against your recognition details.
A maximum order quantity is in place for free instructor packs and certain other items to help us manage our stock. If this is causing a problem please save your order as a quote and email orders@rya.org.uk so we can access your quote and advise you accordingly. We will need your training centre's name and account number.
To create a quote, add all the items to the basket that you'd like to get a quote for and then the go to your shopping basket (not checkout). Select 'Get Quote'. You will be able to access your quotes in the 'Account' area.
To set up an order list, add all the items to the basket that you'd like to set up as a list and then the go to your shopping basket (not checkout). Select “Add to list”. You can access and delete your lists from the Account area.
You can also add a list to an existing order by going to the basket and selecting “Load list”.
Payments and prices
You can pay on account or by credit/ debit card.
This is an online shop exclusively servicing business customers in the UK, within and outside the EU. It makes business sense to display the prices as ex-VAT and then apply the VAT in the basket so that trade customers can see what the actual price of the product is.
If you are over your credit limit or have an overdue invoice, your account will be blocked. Contact the Accounts department on accounts@rya.org.uk to clear the account. We will need your centre's name and account number.
Please note: once you have settled the account, it takes around 4 hours for the website to update with the centre's new balance and allow you to place the order.
