We inspired people from all backgrounds to experience the benefits of being on the water:

• 52,000 children from across the UK had their first experience of sailing with OnBoard.
• More than 29,000 people became members of local clubs, nearly 40% above the pre-pandemic average.
• 1,900 people with disabilities got afloat with Sailability each month.
• Around 270,000 people across the globe have taken an RYA Training qualification.
• Over 1,200 youth and junior sailors attended British Youth Sailing events including the Youth Nationals.

We protected our playground and promoted positive action:

• Over 1600 boaters have already made The Green Blue Boating Pledge, to respect, protect and enjoy our waters, and more Pledges continue to be made.
• Over 2500 boaters educated on Anchoring and Mooring with Care to help protect our seabed habitats.
• Over 5000 visits annually to The Green Blue Environmental Facilities Directory, helping the boating community to locate their nearest facilities including; pump out stations, waste & recycling points, flare disposal points.
• 17 University Sailing Clubs from across the UK completed the RYA Green Blue’s University Sailing Sustainability Challenge, collectively completing over 70 actions to make their sailing activities more sustainable.
