In this section we list some of the checks that you should conduct prior to handing over any money on the purchase of a yacht. However, this list is not exhaustive and if you are able to come up with more checks then by all means run them
We recommend carrying out title checks when purchasing either a second hand or new boats, even if buying from an apparently reputable company.
