A Bill of Sale is the document that transfers legal title in a boat and should be used in all transactions
The RYA Bill of Sale is for use with boats that are Part III (SSR) Registered or Unregistered. The MCA produce one that is for use with boats that are Part I Registered and/or company owned.
We also have a bill of sale for use with boats owned under syndicate agreements.
